When The Legend of Vox Machina returns in October, the crew of adventurers is going to be facing their greatest threat yet: a group of bloodthirsty dragons bent on wreaking destruction throughout the world.
The new trailer really ramps up the stakes, and reveals that Vox Machina is going to have to trek to hell and back — quite literally — in order to defeat the band of evil dragons. There’s some dramatic brooding, stolen kisses, and the potential for a lot of pain. Oh, but don’t worry; there’s still a few ill-timed dick jokes, because this is still the rowdy and randy Vox Machina.
Based on the super popular actual play web series, The Legend of Vox Machina follows a group of unlikely heroes as they band together to save the world. Critical Role founders and cast members Laura Bailey (The Last of Us: Part II), Taliesin Jaffe (World of Warcraft), Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us), Liam O’Brien (Avengers Assemble), Marisha Ray (Fallout 76), Sam Riegel (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), and Travis Willingham (Marvel’s Avengers) all return to their roles, with GM Matthew Mercer (Baldur’s Gate 3) also voicing various characters.
